Newlands Group runs a fleet of the very latest CAT track loaders and we’re looking for a skilled Final Trim Skid Steer Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects within a supportive, professional and safety focused environment.

As a Final Trim Skid Steer Operator, you’ll be operating a new CAT 275 Track Loader fitted with a Cat GB140 grader blade and Trimble Total Station Machine Control.

The role involves precision final trim work and gravel placement for carpark and road construction, requiring a strong understanding of compaction and optimum moisture content for asphalt, bitumen, and concrete finishes. Experience with GPS and UTS systems is essential.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven Final Trim experience (essential)
- Experience in gravel placement for carpark construction
- Current Drivers Licence (essential); HR license (desirable)
- White card**(essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
