**Industrial Relations Advisor** Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking an Industrial relations advisor to join the business for a challenging and rewarding role. You will experience an environment where your contribution will be highly valued and where you can really make a difference. **What **y**ou’re** **good at**: - Proven experience in the mediation in conflicts and grievances between employers, employees, and unions, promoting peaceful resolutions to disputes - Ability to understand the concerns of all parties involved and find mutually acceptable solutions is essential for maintaining a harmonious work environment - Understand and manage potential risks associated with Labor relations issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
