**Woodford Manor Aged Care are seeking an Administration Team Leader to join their team on a Full-time basis**

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Administration Team to ensure day-to-day activities are carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Provide administrative support to the service, and specifically to the Commercial Manager, by assisting in ensuring the efficient running of the administration office and that the administrative processes are followed according to organisational policy and procedure.
- Assistance with Shift Rostering and liaison with the Human Resources, Payroll and Finance departments
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times including presenting in a professional manner when interacting with residents, resident representatives, members of the public, staff and external agencies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing a caring and inclusive service environment that is safe and promotes the resident’s privacy, dignity, identity, diversity, cultural, spiritual, emotional and assists them to meet their needs, goals and preferences.

**About You**
- Aged Care or Healthcare Administration experience
- Well developed oral and written communication skills as well as high emotional awareness skills.
- Financial aged care knowledge, basic payroll and rostering experience
- Ability to be self-motivated to meet deadlines and manage time effectively, in a fast moving environment.
- Commitment to Excellence, Continuous Improvement and to the Mission and Values of the Facility
- Understanding of relevant legislation as it relates to Workplace Health & Safety and Injury Management principles and responsibilities in the workplace.

**The successful applicant will be required to have the following**:

- Willingness to obtain valid Police Check
- Australian/New Zealand residency or a valid working visa

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
