This long standing, mid size, professional CA firm East of Sydney offer a range of services including Financial Planning, lending and accounting. They are a friendly and approachable group of individuals, where you will feel comfortable to become part of the team. The location being easy to access by train.

This firm are currently recruiting within their Accounting division for an Intermediate Accountant where you will be mentored by highly experienced Managers.

**Duties within this role will entail**:

- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparation of BAS, IAS and FBT returns
- Tax planning, research and analysis for special projects
- Other regulatory work with Payroll tax, ASIC and Land Tax
- Consulting advice

**Skills and experience required**:

- You will have 1 1/2 -3 years experience in an Australian based accounting firm, this experience being with a Business Services/ Tax position
- Studying towards your CA/ CPA or willing to study towards
- Proven job stability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
