Big Loaf Factory Bakery is seeking a dedicated **Kitchen Hand** to join our team on a casual basis. If you are enthusiastic about providing timely and efficient deliveries while ensuring the utmost care for our products, we want to hear from you

As a **Kitchen Hand** you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production standards are upheld.

**This role requires Monday to Friday availability, approx 20 to 35 hours per week.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Arranging, organising and preparing ingredients for our baking team
- Cleaning dishes and cooking equipment
- Assisting when needed in the preparation of baking products
- Pack orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities and quality assurance.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience during delivery interactions.
- Communicate any customer feedback, issues, or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Cook/kitchen prep experience required**:

- Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members.
