**The Role**

This isn’t your average retail gig. You’ll be the face of the brand - creating standout moments for every customer, bringing energy to the floor, and helping make our store a place people want to come back to.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Creating memorable customer experiences (and having fun while doing it)
- Helping the team meet sales and performance goals
- Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, and on-brand
- Supporting in-store events and product launches
- Learning heaps and growing with a supportive team

**About You**
- Energetic, friendly, and fun to be around
- Passionate about great customer service and making people feel good
- A strong communicator who can handle a chat or a tricky customer convo
- Loves being part of a team but can work independently too
- Availability over weekends, evenings, and busy retail periods
- Into movement, fashion, or just living an active, positive lifestyle
- Open to feedback and always keen to improve

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
