Our client is based in Kew East and they are seeking a full-time professional services Administrator Assistant. They specialize in assisting small businesses to help them through challenges and wins of the business journey. Some of their services include; Business Planning, Cash flow management and complimentary business reviews.

**Duties**:

- Answering incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Collection of financial statements and income tax returns and scanning
- Attending to incoming and outgoing correspondence (ATO and other)
- Organizing meetings and bookings for the director
- Arranging staff events and communicating to the whole team
- Scanning, filing, etc.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Professionally presented
- Willing to grow both personally and professionally
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
