Marketing Coordinator

**Your day to day**
- Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs to advise internal stakeholders of planned campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and management of assigned food and beverage marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for Social Media posts, competitions and inbox monitoring
- Film, edit and produce video content suitable for a variety of platforms including social media channels and website
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies across all outlets, managing multiple influencers per month
- Support the Marketing Manager in checking, amending and approving all website updates
- Assist the Marketing Manager to develop, source and facilitate interesting events and promotions that will generate revenue and promote public relations
- Responsible for creative for menus, collateral and all promotional material
- Work with the DOSM, Food & beverage Management, and Sales team to market the hotel and its outlets

**What we need from you**
- Qualified - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Articulate - a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
- Excellent computer literacy including competent skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Competent with the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign & Photoshop
- Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to take direction and work independently
- Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline
- Experience with WordPress or CMS preferred but not essential
- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
- Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
