Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale are looking to hire Bartenders to join our friendly team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to increase hours with demand.

We are a busy Italian restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for delivering premium food to our local community. In addition to our restaurant, we also offer takeaway and delivery services and have a private function space available to hire for events and weddings.

Our Bartending staff work across three bars meaning every day is different Our Main Restaurant bar caters to our dining customers, while our upstairs bar hosts many of our private functions and our outdoor bar, complete with frequent live music acts, is the place to be to enjoy a drink in the warmer months.

The Bar team are an integral part of our broader Front of House team who are committed to ensuring every customer has an enjoyable experience and receives high-quality service.

**Available Shifts Include**:

- Lunch + Dinner shifts across a 7-day roster
- Friday night + weekend availability is essential

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing drinks such as cocktails, spirits, wines, and coffee
- Maintaining a clean bar area
- Creating cocktail specials on an ad-hoc basis
- Taking orders on our POS and processing payments
- Setting up for lunch and dinner service and functions
- Working with the FOH team to provide high standard of customer service

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Friendly and engaging with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Previous bartending or barista experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine is highly regarded
- A current RSA is essential for this position
- A love of Italian food is great to have too
