**Your new role**:
Responsible for the daily container load/unload function. Inventory control is fundamental to this varied operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a supervisor within a small team, improve and implement procedures and build your skills with a successful forward-thinking, and growing business.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Liaise with transport/drivers.
- Pack, unpack containers.
- Supervise efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage a small team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership and delegation skills, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Utilise your problem-solving abilities and solutions-based mindset to address any issues that may arise.
- Use your expertise to handle and manage hazardous materials safely.
- General forklift duties.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience working within a 3PL environment.
- Planning and executing container loading/unloading.
- Ability to improve and implement procedures.
- Proven leadership skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be an organised and driven individual.
- Enjoy a fast passed work environment.
- Forklift license.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a dangerous goods certificate.
