As a retail sales assistant at e' la MODA, your number 1 responsibility is to have outstanding customer service. You will be required to work independently or part of a team.

Other functions include selling goods and handling register payments, exchanges and lay buys. You will also be responsible for accepting deliveries, steaming garments, pricing clothing, replenishing sizes from the storeroom and keeping the boutique clean and tidy.

Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and keeping the boutique clean is essential. A strong sense of personal style combined with a proven background in sales and customer service is required.

It is important to provide a high level of customer service with the aim of building and maintaining long term relationships with customers. Offer styling advice, assist customers with finding key pieces and provide a wonderful customer experience. Having a sound knowledge of what is available in the boutique is essential.

You will be required to pack online orders and deliver to the post office at the end of your shift. This will be accounted for in paid working hours.

Social media is an important part of growing the boutiques presence and we need someone to take ownership, be creative and have fun with social media content to grow the boutique.

You will be required to work during the week and have flexibility to work weekends also.

You should be aware that working in retail may require you to lift and carry items of stock and may spend long periods moving and working around the boutique.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
