**About You**

You are a skilled and motivated medical professional with a strong foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery, particularly microsurgery. You bring a commitment to excellence in patient care, research, and teamwork, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic surgical environment.
- **Qualified and Registered** - Hold an MBBS or equivalent, with eligibility for medical registration with AHPRA.
- **Clinically Skilled** - Possess strong surgical and patient management abilities, with specific experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and microsurgery.
- **Effective Communicator and Team Player** - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and build rapport across diverse teams and patient groups.
- **Adaptable and Quality-Focused** - Committed to continuous improvement, responsive to feedback, and knowledgeable in quality management principles.
