**Your Role**

As a CSYM Support Worker, you’ll:
Assist participants in **accessing the community and home environments**.

Help build skills and **increase capacity in line with NDIS goals**.

Foster **genuine connections** with participants through meaningful interactions.

Work collaboratively with **co-workers, management, and head office**.
