**About Iron Creek Farm Stay**

Located on the doorstep of the Tasman Peninsula just 35 minutes drive from Hobart, Iron Creek Bay (opening soon) is a premium Farm Stay experience, providing guests the opportunity to reconnect with nature, enjoy local produce and to relax in beautifully presented accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of room attendants to ensure efficient and thorough room cleaning.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- **Training**: Train new team members in housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and guest service.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and report housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper levels are maintained.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to optimize workflows and schedules.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on room status, cleaning progress, and team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
