Line Marker

**Responsibilities**
- Works in a team environment and/or under limited supervision.
- Undertakes duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training.

Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this level may perform are the following:

- Drive and/or operate one of the current Line Marking Services fleet of line marking machines to an acceptable standard.
- Operate a light vehicle or rigid truck as part of a mobile traffic control configuration to provide protection for other team members on high-speed, high-traffic volume roads.
- Assist other team members in the maintenance, set-up, pack-up, and de-canting for the line marking machine.

Daily specific tasks:

- Remove tape once the paint has dried.
- Assist the line marker with the setting up and packing up of the line marking machine.
- Load and unload vehicles with necessary materials and equipment.
- Assist with setting out and packing up traffic management items as required (cones, signs, warning tape, etc.).
- Assist with measuring and marking out lines as required.
- Follow all reasonable instructions from line markers and management.

- Work to reduce the number of safety incidents in the factory and promote a Safe Workplace Culture.
- Attend WHS training as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $49.05 - $65.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
