**About the role**

You will be responsible for repairs and maintenance to our fleet of refrigerated trucks together with all other repair enquiries. Ensuring our fleet is well kept and looking new every time the keys are handed to a new customer. Supporting the Rental Coordinator in the movement of trucks and ensuring the yard is well presented. While based
in NSW, you will be well supported and trained by the operations team in QLD.

**Your main duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintenance and repairs_
- Conduct pre-delivery on each vehicle prior to customer collection.
- Perform repairs to own fleet, together with new customer trucks.
- Repairing refrigerated truck bodies including fiber glassing, spray painting
- General site_
- Maintain workshop presentation.
- Assist 3rd party contractors when required.

**About You**

You are passionate about your role within the company and take pride in all that you do.

To be successful, you will have a proven track record in a similar role and will possess the following skillset:

- 5 years experience in a similar role within heavy vehicle repairs
- Experience in fibreglass repairs and spray painting
- HR license or willing to obtain
- Previous leadership experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of your environment.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greystanes, NSW 2145: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- fiberglassing: 1 year (preferred)
- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:
