- Assess the client’s needs
- Design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions
- Base the individual treatment program on the best available research evidence and measure its effectiveness
- Empower the client to manage their injury or health condition
- Collaborate with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's to help each participant return to a full life

Our Melbourne teams are all about collaboration and FUN You will be working alongside a dynamic and social bunch that includes OT’s Speechies, Physio’s, EP’s, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love getting together at our community hubs as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other and socialise. Our engaging and passionate Regional Managers are ALL Allied Health Practitioners, so they get what it's like to be in your shoes
