**Locations**: across Eurobodalla and Bega Valley, pool vehicle provided for day travel

**Description**:
**The role**:
The role will draw on your coaching skills to achieve client centred outcomes that reflects our belief “that all young people have the ability to create their possible”.

The role will make decisions affecting young people in accordance with processes consistent with the contract requirements and our organisations values, culture, and safety guidelines to support young people and families experiencing complex situations that sometimes includes crisis homelessness, mental health, legal or other health issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To deliver responsive and flexible prevention and early help support services in and outside the local schools that meet the needs of children, young people, families, and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability.
- Coach and deliver skills training in partnership with community to strengthen and build the resilience of children, young people, and families
- Achieve client centred outcomes for children and young people experiencing or at risk of vulnerability
- Collaborate and engage with our existing network of schools, stakeholders, and community leaders to ensure services are aligned and relevant to young people
- Actively participate as a member the Campbell Page team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, funding partners and community stakeholders.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What will you need to thrive in this role?

**Essential Criteria include**:
Minimum of Certificate II in Youth Work or similar Human Services discipline.
Experience delivering training and wellbeing programs (qualifications desirable).
Experience in case management or supporting young people within a trauma informed and strengths-based framework.
High level ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of legislative standards e.g., EEO, Privacy, Child Protection and WHS etc.
Experience working with young people individually and in groups.
Knowledge of issues faced by young people and their families in the region.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent computer skills.
Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Current drivers’ licence.
