**A bit about the role**:

- Lead and manage the performance of your direct reports
- Understand operational objectives & provide solutions that support growth plans
- Manage and report on client and Business SLA’s and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiencies, growth and profitability of the business
- Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement

**A little bit about you**:

- Proven Leadership experience within the transport and logistics industry
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with influence
- Experience fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously
