Are you an enthusiastic trim operator ready to take your career to the next level? Proform Civil, a family-operated civil construction company, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. Our diverse projects include the construction of stormwater drains, bulk earthworks, commercial and residential site works, as well as government car parks and roadworks.

About the Role:
Most of our work is currently based locally in Perth, with the possibility of longer stints in the Wheatbelt region. We utilize mainly late-model Caterpillar machinery, and we’re looking for someone who excels in operating excavators, loaders, and positrac/skidsteers. You will be able to prepare subgrade and base course materials to level and compaction ready for concrete and asphalt. You will be able to install drainage pipes to level and alignment.

Truck licence ideally HC or MC

Site Knowledge**: Ability to read construction plans and conduct site setouts.

Pavement Preparation**: Strong skills in preparing pavements and pads for asphalt or concrete, including boxing out, wet mixing, compacting, and grading materials.

Stormwater System Installation**: Excellent ability in installing various stormwater systems, including HDPE, concrete, and PVC.

Licensing**: Minimum HC open class license with competency in road ranger operation.

Transport Skills**: Capable of loading and unloading equipment for transport.

Physical Fitness**: Fit and healthy, able to undertake physical activities and labor tasks.
