We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our signature restaurant, The Lex. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Managers to lead the team in providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to our guests. The Talent we are looking for must have:

- Outstanding guest service skills
- Experience in supervising a large team
- Amazing attention to detail
- A strong passion for and knowledge of wine, cocktails & beer
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in a high volume fast-paced restaurant
