**About Us**:
Acclaim Tree Care & Services is a leading provider of tree care services, and we are currently seeking a **reliable, hardworking** Ground Based Arborist who also holds a **truck license** to join our team. This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist our arborists with tree pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks
- Drive trucks and transport tools, equipment, and crew to and from job sites
- Clear brush, logs, and debris from job sites, ensuring the area is safe and tidy
- Support the team with general labor duties including loading and unloading equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on job sites
- Be a proactive team member with a positive attitude

**Requirements**:

- **Truck license** (essential) - we require someone who can drive and operate our trucks to transport equipment and crew
- Experience with ground labor, particularly in tree care, landscaping, or similar industries
- Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks in various weather conditions
- A reliable and punctual team player
