Dental Assistant

Milperra Dental Surgery is seeking a motivated and friendly **Dental Assistant / Receptionist** to join our team. This is a combined role, where you'll be responsible for both assisting in dental procedures and handling reception duties. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Greet and assist patients, managing appointments and inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and maintaining patient files

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- No additional qualifications required

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Casual employment, with an hourly rate ranging from **$25-$40** depending on experience
