We are a Conveyancing firm in the south-east suburb of Melbourne, which focuses mainly on residential matters, with multi-cultural clients across Victoria and overseas. We are looking for a full-time licenced conveyancer.

Ability to conduct autonomously all types of conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential, off-the-plan, transfers, and subdivision files.
Proficiency in Conveyancing Manager, Microsoft Office, PEXA, and Duties Online.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A professional and mature approach.
Strong customer service ethic and outcomes focus.
Ability to keep calm and carry-on during times of stress.
Minimum of two years conveyancing experience preferred.
Second language in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is desirable.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
