**About the Role**

Join our dynamic Urology Unit as a Urology Robotic Fellow, where you will work closely under the supervision of the Head of Unit and senior consultants. In this collaborative environment, you’ll maintain strong relationships with experienced staff, ensuring a seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise. Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional patient care while contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing urological practices.

As a Urology Robotic Fellow, you will have the unique opportunity to mentor junior medical staff and medical students, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be encouraged to initiate and develop innovative research projects that enhance our understanding and treatment of urological conditions. **About You**

We’re seeking a skilled Urology Robotic Fellow who meets the following key requirements:

- **Qualifications**: MBBS or equivalent degree eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong investigation and negotiation abilities, fostering respectful relationships with patients and staff.
- **Clinical Experience**: Proficient in general urology, including open and endoscopic urological surgeries.
- **Knowledgeable**: Familiar with hospital structures, policies, and principles of Equal Opportunity and Occupational Health and Safety.
