**About the Location**

Experience a surfing escape in Victoria and kick off your Great Ocean Road adventure at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Torquay Located less than one kilometre from Torquay’s beaches and 5 minutes drive from the world-famous Bells Beach, you can choose from a range of accommodation including modern cabins, budget cabin options and camping or caravan sites. BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Torquay offers sites and selected cabins that are pet friendly, so you can bring your pooch along.

**Your Opportunity**

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**What You’ll Bring**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
