**Your Role and Impact**:
Joining our Stones Corner**team you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.

As a valued member of the BR family, you’ll get to experience Better Rehab life alongside a MTD team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and PBS clinicians In this role, you will be working with a mixed caseload of participants.

Day to day you will:

- **Conduct** meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
- **Build** enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work

**About You**
You are a qualified PBS Clinician who would thrive in an organisation that truly values its clinicians, and gives them the tools and support to help them become the best clinician that they can be. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space. You will also hold:

- PBS registration
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- A NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- 1+ years of post-graduate experience
