Gym Sales Consultant

**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a **highly motivated and driven Gym Sales Consultant** to join our energetic team at **Plus Fitness 24/7 Belmore**. This is a **casual** opportunity in a **fast-paced, customer-focused environment**.

Based in **Belmore NSW**, you’ll be the face of our gym - helping grow our membership base while delivering outstanding customer service and living our passion for health and fitness.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Actively engaging with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Delivering compelling tours of our modern, state-of-the-art facility
- Converting leads into new memberships and achieving KPI targets
- Providing friendly, ongoing support to existing members
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assisting with day-to-day cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities is clean and safe for members to enjoy
- Working collaboratively with your team to drive business growth

**What we're looking for**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or health industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and fitness
- Availability to work a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts

Pay: $20,198.83 - $50,235.33 per year

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
