**The Opportunity**:
**Location**:Sumner, Queensland

**Your duties include**:

- Accurately identify parts and components required by customers and internal staff using parts catalogues and electronic databases.
- Source, order, and receive parts from suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Assist with stock management, including maintaining accurate stock levels, performing stocktakes, and managing parts returns.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and providing advice on parts selection.
- Assist with counter sales, ensuring accurate pricing and part numbers are applied. Provide quotations for parts as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Certificate III in Automotive Parts Interpreting or equivalent similar.
- 5 + years of experience as a Parts Administrator / Interpreter or similar position
- The ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills and organisational skills.
- A systems savvy individual.
- Forklift License - highly regarded.
