As King Kong’s All Rounder - Tech Savvy Assistant, you will be required to have an eagle eye and be faster than a bullet when it comes to completing tasks and being organised. This isn’t your typical Administrative Assistant role. You will be working closely with our Senior Management team and assist with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that will give you maximum exposure to a large cross-section of the business.

You will jump seamlessly from administrative tasks into building and managing King Kong’s automation flows, from marketing automation to client onboarding, and will accomplish this through your strong administrative and organisational skills, technical savvy, and exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. You will be a true all-rounder and will thrive on learning new skills and technologies, ensuring efficiency of our automation flows and assist the Operations team with ad hoc requests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative support to the General Manager for monthly reporting requirements.
- Completing tasks or following direction required by the Senior Management and the CEO.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders in the execution of media opportunities.
- Being involved with all aspects of campaigns - implementation, execution, monitoring and optimisation on InfusionSoft/Keap.
- Herding internal and external stakeholders and being the main point of contact for local and international fulfilment warehousing.
- Overseeing daily fulfilment production, productivity, and transport.
- Researching third-party fulfilment warehousing and freight options.
- Prepare and execute reporting to highlight ways to improve efficiency and output.
- Detailed analysis and forecasting for inventory and warehouse
- Provide backup support for company-wide systems.
