About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Yard Person/Driver to join our team in Smeaton Grange NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment while ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised yard through general housekeeping duties
- Clean and prepare equipment for hire
- Deliver equipment to customers
- Safely load and unload equipment from vehicles
- Inspect returned fleet and report any damages immediately
- Refuel and perform basic maintenance on equipment

About You
- Must hold a HR truck licence
- Hire industry experience is a big advantage
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to promote a positive safety culture
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Experience loading and unloading equipment (bonus)
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for maintenance needs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
