**Job description**

Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is a brand new owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. Our philosophy is inspired by theorists such as Friedrich Froebel, Emi Pikler, Loris Malguzzi
- Reggio Emilia and John Bowlby - Circle of Security. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired trainee to be a part of our brand new centre and pave the way in the Early Childhood Industry. We are seeking passionate Educators to be a part of introducing this beautiful purpose-built facility to the local community.

**Early Childhood Educators Trainees**
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what's best for children in your care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth

**Salary**: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Expected hours: 38 per week
