**About the Role**

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

The Level 3 clinician works within the Multidisciplinary Team alongside patients and their carers to deliver Social Work support to the Burns Unit. This role involves providing psychosocial support to patients and their families experiencing trauma, counselling care coordination, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This role sits within the Social Work Department and has opportunities to clinically supervise and mentor other social work Staff and Students.

- Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, with Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and evaluate quality improvement initiatives and/or research focused on patient/client outcomes.
- Experience is Burns is highly desirable.
