Thompson Cooling is looking for experienced Air-Conditioning Service Technicians and/or Electricians in Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay & Gold Coast Areas to join our Team (Multiple Positions Available).

We are a Family owned and operated business for over 30years, with an amazing team of 22 staff members and long standing commercial service customer base.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the position/s will suit persons looking for a secure, long term position - HOME-BASED - located Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay & Gold Coast Areas. serving clients across these Areas as locally to your Home Base.

Successful applicants will join an energetic in-field team dealing with all aspects associated with the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical and air movement systems. With the opportunity to further your career if desired in ‘Dual Trade’ apprenticeship in both Air conditioning or Electrical.

We offer annual CPR/LVR training, as well as specific supplier training to further your knowledge and keep our team at the forefront of technology.

Previous industry experience from within the HVAC industry or Electrical
Relevant qualifications and licenses
Great communication skills
Exceptional Organization skills and the ability to prioritize on a daily basis - all of which are key components of the role
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Effective time management
Ability to respond positively to client demands and support the administration department with the required documentation (Service Reports - Timesheets etc. via digital processes and transmission)

Technician - A salary package in the order of $80K - $100K + (dependent on experience and qualifications - Company vehicle, phone & attire inclusive).
