We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager and Project Coordinator t to work with a State Government Department. An experienced professional who can do end to end project management to ensure all dependencies are coordinated to achieve on time delivery, within budget and agreed quality.

Also, looking for Project Coordinator who can support our project managers in project delivery.

**About You**

**Project Manager**

Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues

Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, including Key Performance Indicators, cost, schedule, risk etc., against the Project Management Plan.

The use of appropriate leadership behaviours to build positive and cohesive internal and external work relationships.

Coordinate delivery partners to ensure on time delivery is achieved

**Project Coordinator**

Playing a key role in coordinating projects (completing and monitoring project plans, scheduling meetings, workshops/coaching sessions, project budgets).

Supporting our project managers in project delivery (preparing materials for workshops, compiling, and proofreading reports, evaluating business cases, raising Purchase Orders and invoicing).

Engaging in frequent stakeholder contact (stakeholder management, attending internal and external project meetings, managing meeting agendas and minutes).

Scheduling project meetings and facilitating communication regarding project status to stakeholders
