**About you**

You will be a well-rounded project management/ scrum professional, preferably with experience working within software development projects, with significant demonstrated experience using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. You will consistently **think outcomes** and successfully facilitate an agile development environment.

You will have the ability to **collaborate** and drive structured change across four teams utilising Scaled Agile Framework - leading ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Software Manager, you will lead and coach our talented software development team in delivering cutting edge High Frequency Communications Program.

You will mentor team members, product owners and stakeholders on agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organising team culture. Working closely with the product owners, you will maintain and prioritise product backlog and ensure it is refined, estimated and prepared for upcoming sprints.
- To be successful in this role, you will have: _
- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience, preferably within software projects
- Strong understanding of/or training in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams
- Ability to mentor and coach successfully
- Experience preparing Agile metrics and reporting - such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team performance
- Australian Citizenship, with current active Defence Security Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain at appropriate level)
