Tenth Avenue Childcare Inglewood Pty Ltd is looking for multiple Kindy Room Leaders to work in our busy childcare facility located in Maylands, Western Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate and care for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Organize and prepare learning materials and resources to enhance children’s growth and development
- Facilitate engaging activities that encourage play-based learning
- Build nurturing and respectful connections with children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
- Assist in managing and overseeing children’s daily routines
- Supervising children during playtime and other activities
- Promote inclusive practices to accommodate all children
- Encourage positive social interactions and cooperative behavior among children
- Mentor and guide other educators in child supervision and care practices
- Promoting and maintaining good hygiene practices

Skills and Attributes:

- Qualification in early childhood education.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a childcare educator (Room Leader).
- Experience in managing a team of staff.
- An energetic, professional, and fun person
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Teamwork is a must
- Working with children certificate.
