**About the business division**:
Deutsche Bank’s Loans & Structured Credit business is a market leading platform in Australia that originates and underwrites financing transactions across asset classes including commercial real estate and corporates. The business provides innovative and strategic solutions for market leading Sponsor, Corporate and UHNW clients.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team with your day-to-day tasks to include;
- Credit analysis
- Modelling and portfolio management of new and existing transactions
- Exposure to clients and live transactions from the initial stages across asset classes
- A focus on commercial real estate transactions.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Construction and maintenance of financial models from simple cash flow models to large, complex and structured transactions models
- Detailed market analysis and assistance in asset underwriting
- Assist in the preparation of credit and investment memoranda for internal committees and external syndication / distribution
- Assist in the negotiation of finance documents
- Deal management of existing portfolio including preparation of internal updates comparing actual performance to business plan and budget
- Liaising with sponsors, brokers, agents, lenders, administrators and investment bankers to assist with origination

**Your skills and experience**:

- Between 1-4 years of experience within the financial services industry. Professional experience in financing, credit or investment analysis is preferred.
- Motivated, innovative, detail oriented, with a focus on efficiency
- Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
- Able and eager to work towards tight deadlines
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
