**Where do you fit?**

This role is designed to help our people access the advantages of x15. As a bit of a startup ourselves, we’re forging a path that’s distinct from our CommBank parents and our VC peers. O ur culture is norming, forming and at times, storming. Our Community Programs Manager sits at the intersection of people experiencing Community building. The right person will play an integral role in embedding and evolving the x15 Community internally, investing in our culture, and driving engagement amongst our people to do their best work.

The x15 People Experience team is focused on how we attract, sec ure, develop and retain the best talen t to our ventures and core teams. This role will m agnetise and engage our community in the rituals, rhythms and programs we offer. You’ll be a key cultural force and a super connector - building the internal community vibe amongst venture s ( existing and prospective) and our core team and maximi s ing the network effects of our unique model.

Your role will sit within the People Experience team and reporting to the People Program Manager.

**How will you make your mark?**
- You'll be partnering with relevant team members to drive and host all x15 internal and some external events such as meet ups, staff offsites, employer brand activations and development sessions. It will involve owning the end-to-end event management.
- Lead the development of our Internal Community by designing and delivering on-brand and engaging employee experience initiatives.
- Create rituals and play a leading role in connecting people across x15 and ventures.
- Support initiatives within the People Experience Team that will support employee engagement, diversity. capability development and employee experience.
- Manage internal team communications such as employee newsletter and other channels.
- Actively identify and implement creative ways to strengthen relationships between x15, Ventures and CBA stakeholders - reinforcing the x15 narrative, leveraging CBA resources and su pporting group wide people initiatives and events.
- Build our external presence by showcasing our EVP a ligned to our Employer Brand strategy on social platforms, in partnership with our Brand and Communications team.

**Let's talk about the skills we're after**
- Ability to influence stakeholders and a track record of strong contribution in a fast-paced environment.
- Event planning, production and management experience required.
- Experience in m arketing and social media, ideally in relation to employer brand ing High -quality bar with great attention to detail - you ’re able to juggle multiple competing priorities and can discern what needs to be done well vs what we can make do with being good enough.
- Experience driving employee engagement, team collaboration, and culture init iatives.
- Great written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence - respectful, honest, empathetic and proactive.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
- A growth mindset - a love of learning, comfort with being scrappy and a bias to action.
- Thrive in ambiguity and constant change and enjoy creating order out of unstructured challenges.
