We are launching an exciting new bakery division within our thriving café in Logan, and we’re searching for an exceptionally talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the way. This is your chance to shape something special from the ground up — with full creative freedom, top-quality equipment, and an inspiring team around you.
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly experienced baker with a proven track record in high-end or high-volume baking
- Deep expertise in Butter Cakes, Sponge Cakes, Layered Cakes, Cheesecakes, Carrot Cakes, Red Velvet Cakes, Cupcakes, Muffins, Bars, Slices, Tarts, Pies, Cinnamon Scrolls, Baked Custards, Buttercream Piping, Ganache coating, Mirror Glaze.
- Creative flair with immaculate presentation skills
- Strong leadership and the ability to build and guide a small pastry team
- A passion for innovation — we want to push the boundaries of what a café bakery can offer
