We are currently recruiting for aDraftsperson who will report directly into theSupervisor Asset Management. This role is being offered on a 5:2:4:3, allowing you to have a long weekend every fortnight and have every public holiday off.
**The role**:
As the Draftsperson you will create and review technical drawings to support engineering and construction projects.
**A day in the life may include**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings based on specifications
- Assess and update drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Liaise with engineers, Planners, and management to understand project requirements including retrieval of documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Complete layouts, sketches and plans using 2D Autocad/Microstation software and 3D Inventor
- Support in the preparation of project documentation and reports
- Assess and implement codes, standards and regulations to designs

**About you**:
Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Drafting/Engineering or a relevant Trade Certification alongside significant industry experience. You will come from a site background and have a clear understanding of site operational requirements, and knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations and industry standards. You will have working knowledge of Inventor 3D and Microstation.
