We’re on the lookout for dedicated, compassionate **Support Workers** to join our growing team and provide **exceptional, person-centred care** to adults living with **psychosocial and/or physical disabilities**and other complex needs.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be at the heart of our mission and depending on the participant(s) you support you may:

- Deliver **full personal care** and assist with **medication and mealtime management**or
- Provide **community access** and **in-home support.**:

- support participants to achieve their **life goals** - from small daily wins to long-term growth
- Empower participants to live **beautiful, independent, and fulfilling lives**

**What We’re Looking For**

- You're a **great communicator** and a **reliable team player**:

- You can commit to **2 or more shifts per week**, including some weekends
- You’re **flexible, empathetic**, and thrive in dynamic environments
- You bring experience or interest in disability, youth work, or community support

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $38.08 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

**Benefits**:

- Afternoon shift

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
