**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality **personal care** and support daily living
- Assist with **mobility**, **hygiene**, and **feeding**:

- Monitor and report on residents' health and wellbeing
- Collaborate with the care team to promote a safe, respectful environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6-12 months experience** in aged care
- **Certificate III** (for AINs) or current **AHPRA registration** (for ENs)
- Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy
- 2 x Referee reports (12 months in date)
- Official Statement of Services ONLY.
