Join our dynamic team as a Graduate Program Manager, where your passion for nurturing talent and shaping early careers will play a pivotal role in growing our future talent pipeline.
- Lead and drive the end to end Graduate Program delivering a best in class program and experience.
- Stay abreast of current trends to ensure Viva Energy continues to deliver a competitive program.
- Deliver and manage the graduate professional development program activities including co-creating and designing programs and content or sourcing external providers.
- Design robust and reliable graduate assessment tools and activities to identify and select top graduate talent.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with the graduate cohort.
- Establish strategic relationships with key universities. This would involve working with universities on projects or events to promote the program.
- Monitor and oversee the planning of rotations for first and second year graduates and placement of graduates into positions post program, working closely with People and Culture Managers and the key business leaders.
- Manage and lead annual graduate talent sessions to increase visibility of graduate talent across the business and identify potential graduate rotation and roll off opportunities
- Contract manage and maintain relationships with key program providers.
- Regular line manager engagement and briefings working in partnership with the respective People and Culture Managers.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Graduate Program Manager who is passionate and energised to deliver a best in class program that supports the attraction and selection of early talent and delivers highly effective development activities that build the future capability of our graduate cohort.

We are seeking an individual with the following experience:

- Managed and lead graduate or early talent programs and understands what is involved to deliver a best in class program
- Abreast of current external trends and best practice approaches, informed by robust data analysis which can then be applied and adopted to continuously evolve the Graduate program to attract and retain early talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively work with a broad range of leaders and People and Culture Managers across diverse business lines
- Understand the principles of instructional design to source or design highly effective development programs that build graduate capability.
- Understand the principles of occupational assessment, to ensure graduate selection activities are robust and reliable
- Track record of effectively organising work and managing high volumes of work, effectively prioritise and deliver against deadlines.
- Confident and skilled presenter that can effectively engage internally and externally.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology preferred
