We are a small, but busy, family owned, food court cafe. We are looking for an experienced cafe all-rounder/barista with minimum 2yrs coffee experience who may be looking to extend their skills to include a basic bake shift (training provided on the job).

The position is a casual role. Approximately 25hr/week Mon-Fri. Hours may increase or include occasional weekend work if the roster requires. There are a variety of shift times with most shifts being between 7am and 5pm. The bake shift starts at 4am.

Duties include: Fast polite customer service at all times, making hot and cold drinks, food preparation (sandwiches, wraps and rolls mostly), opening/closing cafe, bake (muffins, scones, slices, and savory items), excellent communication skills and team work, point of sale and cash handling, and general cleaning duties.

Must be a happy team player with a 'can do' attitude.
