**Role Overview**

Reporting to the CEO, the Production Manager is responsible for the overall management of production and scheduling all aspects of the business’ manufacturing processes. This critical role involves leading a production team of over 100 staff to maximise production and cost efficiency, while maintaining strict quality standards. The Production Manager will also ensure excellent inventory control by generating weekly reports, overseeing manifest updates, route changes, and analysing dead sales orders for stock adjustments.
