We are currently seeking an early childhood educator to join our passionate and experienced team at Explore & Develop Artarmon. We are an exceeding service privately owned and operated by two early childhood professionals and mums. Our main philosophy is balancing an educational curriculum with a secure and nurturing homelike environment for young children.

**THE ROLE**

Our Babies Room caters for 16 children with 5 educators. The Babies Team consists of an experienced Diploma Room Leader, two educators studying ECT and another studying her Diploma. By joining this team your responsibilities will include:

- Building positive relationships with children, families and educators.
- Creating indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide children with opportunities to explore, experiment, create and play.
- Facilitating children’s play by weaving their emerging interests with professional expertise.
- Providing physical care, assisting children in daily routines and mealtimes.
- Contributing to team reflections and child observations.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor or Diploma (ACECQA Approved qualification)
- Hold a current, cleared Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Qualification
- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

**How to apply?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
