We are seeking expressions of interest for an Administration Assistant to undertake a range of tasks including reception, diary management, greeting and rescheduling patients to the Clinic and processing payments, prioritisation of telephone calls and enquiries, provision of administrative support, ordering and management of stock levels.

You will work as a member of the Biosymm team in our Belmont office on a full time basis. Experience with MS office suite, Practice Management software (such as Nookal or front desk) would be highly regarded.
