**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced administration clerk to join our Business Office as a Theatre Receptionist.
As a theatre receptionist, you will deliver high-quality customer service to surgeons, anaesthetists, staff, and secretaries, managing bookings and administrative duties for our Operating Theatres.

- Manage internal and external enquiries
- Typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting, DVA and Workcover
- Switchboard operation.

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.
**You will also bring**:
- Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 5 years’ essential
- Experience with Patient Management Systems
- Professional phone manner and approach to work
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
