**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail, in this rewarding role, where you'll build, lead and inspire our amazing team **full time** at **Kate Spade DFO Perth** to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills. **Skills and Experience**:
Having previous experience in a boutique retail roles would be preferred but not essential. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 5-10. You will also need to have a strong sense of business acumen and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Due to the busy nature of retail, you must be available to work during peak season.
